March 20, 2010 --- Due to faulty wiring, a house was caught on fire and caused massive burning on nearby buildings in a short span of time. This was the worst fire in the history of the Municipality of Sulop that cost more than a million pesos in total damages.

Brownout!
Pastilan na lang jud karong panahona... sige'g brownout. Wa tay mabuhat magsige ta'g tanga...init pa jud ang panahon... Mao na daw ni epekto sa climate change... Hulaw mao ang Maria Cristina Falls mikonhod ang tubig. Naay schedule ang DASURECO pero dili daw masunod kay putlon ang supply sa NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) kay grabe na ang shortage sa supply sa kuryente. What the heck!? At least Dasureco or NGCP should make a fix schedule when & where certain brownout would occur so that we, the consumers, can at least make necessary adjustment to our daily routines.
Businesses that depend mostly on electricity were very affected to this kind of unannounced & unscheduled brownouts.
So, inig kagabi-i, pag brownout, ngitngit kaayo. Mag-bonfire nalang si Takluy tapos maglukso-lukso...
